We have classes at Amy Greenwell Gardens in Capt. Cook. Kona, Big Island of Hawaii.

We teach all aspects of Tapa making from harvesting wauke, preparing bark for beating, beating bark into Tapa cloth, preparation of plant dyes, carving Ohe Kapala/bamboo stamps, and printing Tapa cloth. Call 808-323-3318 agg@bishopmuseum.org for info on classes.
