We have various instructors come in to teach Hawaiian language, music, hula dance, haku lei making, lauhala leaf weaving. This gives the students a complete immersion into the culture that gave birth to Lomi Lomi massage.

Lauhala weaving is taught to help the students to remember the concept of Ho'oponopono. The word Hala not only is the name for the pandanus tree but also means to pass away, slip away, with the meaning of letting go all our troubles & cares.
